These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 19 Cabs mobile application, website, and related services ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About 19 Cabs

19 Cabs is a technology platform that connects customers with independent drivers for transportation services. 19 Cabs does not provide transportation services directly and does not employ drivers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using 19 Cabs, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. User Account

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and OTP.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Bookings & Rides

• Ride availability depends on location, time, and driver availability.
• Estimated fares and arrival times are indicative and may vary.
• Drivers may cancel rides due to operational or safety reasons.

5. Payments

• Payments may be made via UPI, wallet, or other supported methods.
• Fare calculations may include base fare, distance, time, taxes, or surcharges.
• 19 Cabs is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party providers.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing and nature of the cancellation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per internal policies and payment provider timelines.

7. User Conduct

• No unlawful, abusive, or unsafe behavior during rides.
• No damage to vehicle or harassment of drivers.
• No misuse of the platform, fake bookings, or fraud.

8. Driver Conduct

Drivers using the 19 Cabs platform are independent service providers and are responsible for complying with local laws, licenses, and insurance requirements.

9. Safety

Users are advised to follow safety guidelines, verify driver details before starting a trip, and report any safety concerns immediately via the Support page.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 19 Cabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

11. Termination

19 Cabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software related to 19 Cabs are the intellectual property of 19 Cabs and may not be used without permission.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

19 Cabs may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
