On 19Cabs, humans already share live status from the app. Agent stacks can do the same handoff: booking agent finishes OTP and confirm; family-safety agent receives the live link and notifies the right people.
The split of duties
- Booking agent: places, fares, vehicle, confirm.
- Safety / caregiver agent: watch link, escalate only if the product and the human allow — never invent police promises in marketing copy; real emergencies still call local services.
Trust rule
OTP binds the trip to a rider account. Sharing a live link does not replace that. It extends visibility the way the app already does for friends and family.
