Features shipped: fare adjust, fare-too-low decline, multi-vehicle select, book for others, parcel delivery, scheduled rides, fair fast matching, driver referrals. Built with AI in days, not quarters.

1. **Idea & strategy** — AI as thinking partner for market, model, pricing logic; stress-tested edge cases before code.
2. **End-to-end solution design** — Architecture, APIs, Firebase RTDB schema, dispatch flows designed with AI assistance.
3. **Build & ship** — Customer + driver React Native apps, Node backend, pricing service; AI-assisted development and debugging.
